Ingredients:
Half chicken, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons of all-purpose seasoning
2 cups of self-raising flour
Some oil
Method:
- Mix the chicken with all-purpose seasoning and Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
- Coating all sides of the chicken with self-raising flour.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket (single layer). Spray some oil on the top. You need to do them in batches.
- Close the basket and set the temperature to 180° Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Set the timer to 35 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, flip the chicken, close the basket, and cook 15 minutes.
- When the timer is up, do a quick check of the thickest chicken’s part; if it has an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (75° Celsius), it’s done.
- Serve them with any sauce you like.
